Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of order placement.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched on the same day, except on Sundays and public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Timelines (after dispatch):
- Metro Cities: 3–4 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 4–5 business days
- Tier 3 Cities: 6–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the courier partner and location.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers may cancel their order anytime before it is fulfilled (processed for dispatch).
Once the order is fulfilled and shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, any eligible refund will be issued only in the form of store credits, which can be used for future purchases.
